Welcome to the Pulsar Learning Centre by Pulsar Music Inc., Ontario, Canada. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our programs. Program Registration and Accounts

Users can register for our learning programs by filling out the registration form available on our website.

By registering for a program, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

Fees and Payments

Registration for programs at Pulsar Learning Centre requires the payment of a registration fee.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method used in connection with any transaction.

The Pulsar Learning Centre reserves the right to change its prices for programs and the registration fee at any time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies for our programs will be clearly communicated at the time of registration. Please review these policies carefully before completing your registration.

Unless otherwise stated in the program's specific cancellation policy, fees paid for registration are non-refundable.

Use of Website Content

The content provided on our website is for your personal and non-commercial use only in relation to your participation in our programs.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property Rights

Pulsar Music Inc. and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights to the website and material on the website. All these rights are reserved.

The Pulsar Learning Centre and/or Pulsar Music inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.

You agree that Pulsar Music Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, servants, agents, licensees, contractors, and any other personnel (collectively, “Personnel”) are not liable or responsible to you for any losses, injuries including illness, disability or death, or property damage which you may sustain as a result of attending the Pulsar Learning Centre or participating in any activity offered by the Pulsar Learning Centre and/or Pulsar Music Inc., no matter how such damage, injury, illness, disability or death is caused, and no matter whether caused by negligence of the Pulsar Learning Centre, Pulsar Music Inc., or its Personnel or otherwise. You agree on your own behalf (and on behalf of the your personal representatives, heirs, estate trustees or assigns) to release, indemnify and hold Pulsar Music Inc. and its Personnel harmless from any claims or liability relating to any losses, injuries including illness, disability or death, or property damage which you may sustain as a result of attending the Pulsar Learning Centre or participating in any activity offered by Pulsar Music Inc., including payment of all damages, expenses, cost or legal fees, whether such claims or liabilities be based upon negligence of Pulsar Music Inc. or its Personnel or otherwise.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Your continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
